We can touch materials, but can we hear them? “Raw Material” explores the materiality of sound and how it can be sculpted.

Take a bamboo: what would be its inner music? From traditional hits to micro-scratch and stretching fragments of sound, the “Bamboo” track explores the soul of a simple piece of bamboo found in the street. All the sounds and instruments of the track derive from a careful listening and recording of that bamboo.

“Delivery Box” is a work of musical sculpture carried out with the flutist Renata Kambarova. What would be the inner music and soul of a delivery box that we usually consider as a banal waste? Beyond pure consumption, can we still hear the fragile beauty of each thing?
